Booking & Payment

All appointments at Rich Spa in Versova should be booked in advance. Payments can be made via cash, card, or online modes. Advance payment may be required for certain services or packages to confirm your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made at least a few hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or loss of advance payment. Refunds, if applicable, are processed at the discretion of Rich Spa.

Service Limitations

User Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and follow spa guidelines. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
